We encourage you to experience the many ways the Catholic Daughters of the Americas can enhance your spiritual growth through unity and charity. We are a non-profit organization which was begun in 1903 by the Knights of Columbus.
The First Court established in Florida was Court #23 in St. Augustine, Florida - February 5, 1905.
The purpose of the organization is to participate in the religious, charitable, and educational Apostolates of the Catholic Church. The Catholic Daughters of the Americas engages in creative and spiritual programs which provide its members with the opportunity to develop their God given talents in meaningful ways that positively influence the welfare of the Catholic Church and all people throughout the world.
As the newly elected Regent of the state of Florida, I am proud to represent our rich heritage and service to our Dioceses and individual parishes. Promotion of our Motto of – Unity and Charity – provides us with a unique sisterhood that enhances our spiritual growth. Together with prayer and community involvement we can change lives. Not just our own but those in most need in our beautiful state of Florida. Christine McClean, [email protected].
